CHE Softwares: Free, Demo, and Sharewares

I found some software that can be such a life-saver for us, chemical engineering students, or even lecturers and professionals. Some of them are freewares, sharewares, and demos. Freewares are free to download without necessarily having to purchase a license to legally use it; and it is fully functional.
